Today, we enter a new chapter: Valentina Beltran has been appointed CEO, bringing renewed energy, vision, and leadership to our family-founded studio.
A NEW GENERATION
Daughter of BELT’s founders, Louis Beltran and Luz Angela Garcia, Valentina was born the same year BELT was founded, a symbol of the deep-rooted connection between her life and the studio’s purpose. Raised in the heart of the workshop, surrounded by tools, molten metal, and design sketches, she grew up immersed in the language of metal. Her mentor from the very beginning was her father, Maestro Louis Beltran, founder of BELT and a visionary in architectural metalwork.
Under his guidance, Valentina developed a profound understanding of materials, finishes, and the emotional power of form. Today, while Louis Beltran continues with us as Creative Director, Valentina steps forward as a leader shaped by heritage and driven by purpose.
From Designer to Visionary Leader
Valentina brings a unique combination of technical mastery, creative thinking, and business strategy to the role, blending rigorous training with intuitive design sensibility. Her career has spanned continents and disciplines, from co-founding ORIGINE D.N.A., a Milan-based concept store, to leading BELT’s strategic transformation over the past decade. As Partner and former VP of Strategy and Business Development and Client Experience Chief Officer, Valentina played a central role in refining BELT’s identity and expanding its global presence, all while honoring the craftsmanship that defines us.
Her leadership brings a fresh and thoughtful perspective to a field shaped by tradition. Her approach is collaborative, design-led, and deeply rooted in knowledge of our clients, their needs, their dreams, and desires, as well as the materials, techniques, and endless possibilities that metal offers. She bridges the technical with the emotional, guiding projects that are as meaningful as they are precise.

Valentina’s approach to leadership is grounded in one belief: true luxury lies in detail, meaning, and craftsmanship. As the daughter of BELT’s founders, Valentina carries forward a legacy built over four decades—one defined by passion, resilience, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Her leadership honors the values instilled by her family while shaping a future rooted in evolution and relevance.
